Lets start at the beginning.

Jess and Kiira met while working in the outdoor industry at the same company. Jess was in marketing, and Kiira was in sales. Initially, Kiira’s reception was icy, but Jess persisted and eventually wormed her way into a friendship. This led to many travel and biking adventures on the weekends, as they planned tradeshows and sales meetings together during the week at work.

They realized that they could use their expertise in sales and marketing to help many other outdoor companies navigate the overwhelming world of events.

With the right strategy and some Tandem special sauce, Kiira and Jess make the most out of every opportunity. They have a passion for planning unique events full of brand personality and are experts in demystifying tradeshow tactics to achieve sales goals.
